ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TYPICAL ACTIVITIES • Assist the General Manager with determining training and resource requirements required to attract new business opportunities; • Monitor, analyze and determine ways to improve the current system of production; • Communicate with operational customer personnel to ensure expectations are being met and they are satisfied with our outputs / quality; • Resolve issues with customers; • Resolve conflict with staff; • Maintain staff training numbers at an acceptable level (training list) and identify recruitment needs (recruitment request); • Provide timely and accurate updates of trial work to the GM and assist TMs to progress the teams learning when required; • Monitor trial work reports and action items highlighted in the report; • Ensure the CRM is up to date; ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TYPICAL ACTIVITIES (con’t) • Execute workforce plan as per prior discussions; • Liaise with the LD&P team to arrange future technical training; • Monitor division KPIs and take action to recognise good team performance and improve poor team performance; • Oversee the progress of all trial jobs to ensure they are progressing in a timely manner; • Provide coaching and mentoring to the TMs to improve business, leadership and technical skills; • Communicate with customers to understand demands or issues relating to productivity and quality; • Understand company goals and work on ways to achieve these goals; • Conduct team performance reviews quarterly; • Review overseas training schedules and work with the LD&P team to complete the overseas training process once travel is approved; • Update GM of resignations, maternity leave and other leave cases that may affect customer invoicing numbers; • Review overtime of teams and identify if customers a continually inefficient (ie they would be better off putting on a new contract); • Provide relevant information and data for the monthly division report; • Ensure work from home applications are correct before submitting to the General Manager for approval; • Work with and support the Communication teams’ efforts to improve the English communication skills of the team; • Continue to improve English skills to reach CEFR standard C1; • Other reasonable duties.

JOB REQUIREMENT - Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree; - Experience in management, operations, and leadership; - An ability to create engaged training environments; - A broad understanding of construction methods; - Awareness of customer requirements; - Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and Vietnamese; - Must be proficient in both written and spoken English; - Able to maintain flexibility in a changing environment; - Excellent critical thinking and intuitive problem solving skills; - Advanced Computer skills and able to use all relevant tools and systems.
