Code Engine Studio is looking for a Technology Sales Expert to join the team. The Technology Sales Expert will work with both inside and outside sales to generate and convert leads for our enterprise-level software and cloud solutions partner. This position reports to the Director of Business Development. Key Responsibilities include: - Analysis of the Vietnam market in order to identify sectors and areas for opportunity development and growth. - Development and execution of sales strategies in order to build a sales pipeline with the goal of meeting and exceeding assigned sales quotas. - Identification, Qualification, and “hands-on” management of new sales opportunities through cold-calling, marketing automation, leads follow up, and personal relationships. - Continual investment into long-lasting relationships with key decision makers which will yield on-going success in target accounts. - Identification and Analysis of customer pain points and needs, and ability to present value propositions of appropriate solutions in business and technical terms. - Work with partner representatives on events, marketing, as well as client introduction and handover. Support partner teams in multinational conversion opportunities. - Identify opportunities for marketing campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to increased sales. Work with the marketing team to define and implement these actions. - Track pipeline and other activity in Salesforce, with consistent accurate reporting of identified KPIs. - In-country travel for events and face-to-face meetings as well as management of online meetings.

Candidate Requirements and Qualities: - At least 5-7 years experience in a sales account manager role with responsibility for meeting individual sales quotas. - Remote work from HCMC or Hanoi with some time in Da Nang is an option - Proven track record of successfully selling enterprise-level software solutions (e.g. Content Management, Portal, Web, Collaboration, ERP, CRM, eBusiness and/or eCommerce applications). - Clear understanding of the Technology industry, especially Open Source business and values. - Excellent verbal and written communicator with Native Vietnamese and Business level English with strong business, sales, and technology expertise. - Demonstrated ability to execute each phase of the sales cycle from lead generation to closing and handover. - Experience in business analysis and making conclusions from multiple sources when communicating with clients or generating reports. - Highly efficient and methodical approach to lead generation via inbound and outbound customer calls and ability to multitask between projects at different pipeline stages. - Experience and ability to work independently as well as effectively coordinating with internal and partner team members. Ideal Candidate Would also have: - Relationships with decision makers in leading companies in Vietnam. - Experience in Open Source projects, community, and sales. - Degree from a four-year university program in Engineering, Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or Technical marketing. Candidates with degrees in other fields will be considered when having a technical background.
